Looking to join an active crew that does events on ps4

So i had a crew, they mostly to dang lazy to communicate and cordinate anything, so im done with them. I am looking for an active crew on the PS4.I love deathmatches, siege, LTS mostly , but dont mind some races now and then , just cant stand mainly only doing races. I do own a mic( who dont on ps4 it came with one?).My social club name is Pdizel . If you send an invite to your crew please include a message so i know you saw this and not just some random. I am eastern time zone and during week nights usually available from 8-11 pm .On weekends time varies , normally on at night between 8 pm - 2 am. I really would like to join a active crew of mature adults.Preferably a crew that does alot of crew vs crew events as well as other events they hold at least monthly, if not more often.Im just tired of trying to set up events for the bums in mine and they never show up or communicate eventhough i created a website with calendar, forums, a groupme group , etc to help make things run smoothly but they too lazy to use any of it. Would be glad to help build or work on a site or things for a crew i join. Hit me up ,if this fits your crew and your looking for someone new to join.
