Throwable items crash.

This is a serious game breaking bug.

As far as I can tell, whenever you have more than 1 throwable item in your inventory, enter the car and try to aim your gun, the game will crash the desktop.

 

I can not seem to be able to even aim in the first heist. The game just keeps crashing.

I would greatelly appreciate any help or official feedback from rockstar. Thank you.
