I'm kinda 'investigating' it on the real world internet, and it has come to my attention, that is simply not obtainable in the single player. Please throw me a bone here. Wow...really? so the Insurgent, Hydra, Technical and all of theses wicked vehicles are only available in online mode? huge bummer. Thanks to you both for the answers.
