RedDagger
1. Yes, since it's tied to your Social Club account 2. No idea, likely the former 3&4. I couldn't say you'd get that performance exactly, but it's definitely generally what you'll get, yeah.

Rockstar didn't want full copies of GTA V floating around before the game even launched. If you install the game now from a new download, does it still download the patch? 3) According to http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GT-740M.89900.0.html, you will be able to. GTA V 2015 low 1024x768 58.4 fps med. 1366x768 44.4 fps high 1920x1080 10.5 fps ultra 1920x1080 3.9 fps 4) Your desktop should do completely fine as long as SLI is being utilized correctly, that is the key. For reference I am running the game at 1920x1080 with all settings on max aside from a few with 4x TXAA. I average 60 FPS, almost exactly. Good luck, you are going to love it. SlingShotUK
Just to add to this, as RedDagger says you can play the game on both machines, but it's also worth mentioning that you can just copy across the entire GTA V folder from the first machine onto the other one. Then on the second machine run the GTA V installer. Point it to the copy of GTA V and it'll work out that all the files are there. It'll ask for some DVD's to be entered but will get through quickly. It'll then install Social Club and the launcher etc. Saves a ton of time. That'll include the 5GB patch files as well so download those of the first machine first. SlingShotUK
Ah don't worry about that UTKR - that would only apply if you were downloading the game, not installing from the retail disks.
