œaœa
Hey, thought this might help some people. If you are experiencing stuttering, try making a commandline.txt file. In the text put: -norestrictions This worked for me, my game is running without stuttering now. 45-75 FPS.
Shayd80
Do you know what "-norestrictions" is doing at least ? It's just a placebo effect since we have this settings in the game now which is "ignore suggested limits"
lydianduck
https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202518358 This is the list for the available commandlines in GTA V and there's no "norestrictions" anywhere, which means -> placebo. -norestrictions was a IV command, and it wasn't supposed to fix stuttering either, it was just so you could put your settings without graphic restrictions despite your vram.
