How to play with friends?

Hello.

This is my main question.

 

I'm playing on PC.

How to play races or missions with friends?

I know that once I find race or mission marker on map, go in, I can invite them. But sometimes to many random people get in and there is no place for friends. How to be host?
When playing some team games my team gets randomly split and mixed with randoms.

After job/mission we often end up in different sessions.

 

I have all those friends on friends list and in the same Crew.

Am I missing some "Party" or "Keep together" option?
