so i had that conversation with Lester and he said that he will have some jobs soon

i have seen on the internet that after the conversation he will call me and after that i will have on my apartament a big "H" where i will start the first heist, the fleeca job

the problem is that i am waiting for almost 1 hour and i don't receive any call from Lester and i can't host the first heist

Have you tried leaving GTA Online?
Do you have the option to Cancel a Heist when you call Lester?

I suggest sending a support ticket to Rockstar, it may take awhile though.
