gta 5 error on pc ?

I keep getting

ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT all the time..

 

i got an amd fx 8350 cpu,

and nvidia geforce 660

8 gb ram......

 

I dont have any problems on other games thought, this is the only problem i've had so far.. Iv'e installed the lastest driver from nvidia, and updated my motherboard. i've done pretty much everything, deleted the

 

d3dcompiler_46.dll

d3dcsx_46.dll

 

and to update it..

 

I've formated 4 times now and reinstalled the game 4 times..

Please dont tell me to update my drivers cus that aint the problem..

 

My friend who has some downgraded graphic card and cpu still can run this game on very high and without getting errors..

 

I would be so appreciated if someone could help me out,
