Removed from Heist whiteboard during planning. Can't access menus

I've run into the issue of having the view switch to 4 players standing in each other in the heist room with the npc walking out of the room and the whiteboard being blank while being unable to move or access any menus. I can move the camera and use Alt F4 to bring up the exit GTA screen. The other 3 are still at the whiteboard and are able to modify setting and ready up. When the timer reaches 0 it stays on 0 and nothing changes for all 4 of us until one of us disconnects.

This problem also manifested during a regular Gerald mission when the mission was turned in. Hud was removed, no access to menus and only able to move camera or Alt F4. This time it affected more than 1 person.
