Throwing Grenades and Night Vision

When I am doing Fleeca, I can throw a bomb while aiming with a gun but I can't do it in other missions and fm. Other is I can only use night vision in humane lab finale. It doesn't work in fm. Do I press the wrong button.(right d-pad ps4) Can someone help me?

You need to buy nvg from ammunation and activate it using the interaction menu.

That's correct, you have to equip it through 'Accessories' in the interaction menu.

 

Yet if you want to activate you have to press square while having it equiped and selected in the accessories menu.

 

The right d-pad method only works in the Humane Raid.

Night vision don't help at night IMO. Makes it tougher for pvp. Really only helps for the heist cuz it's pitch black

both the things you mentioned should work on new gen in any cases.

you are just doing them wrong.

 

as it was said, night vision is to be activated (not just equipped) via the interaction menu and quick throwing grenades/sticky bombs while aiming works via touch pad or d-pad while aiming.

R* should have used the D-pad to switch between NV in Free Mode when equipped, never fails to annoy me every time I have to bring up the interaction menu when I want to toggle it on or off

i think its ok as is.

 

NV is not something that usesful to require a d-pad shortcut.
