People have various systems, so for some it might be the same, for people it might be a slight difference, for some not. For me personaly, I got the feeling the fps was lower at first, but I went to task manager and set launcher to low priority and game to high priority and it seems to be back to normal now. I can't get over 30fps,it's actually locked not to go above that(where i get max 57 and minimum 45)and it dips to 19fps and stutter,holyf*ck R* wtf have you done. Good thing i've done a backup,backing up. That has happened to me since always. Disable and enable vsync again and it unlocks. Edit: am I seriously the only person without problems in the game? lol. The whole update downloaded, the whole lot and I get the message Rockstar update service unavailable, and I have to download it all over again. It finally finished downloading, and then said that the servers were unavaiable. In other words, I'm now downloading the same patch again.. You're not, I'm having an epic experience with this game in terms of graphics, optimization, online fun, single player fun ... my progress is 2% lol I can't get enough of the game it's simply amazing. Glad I'm lucky that I don't have stuttering while driving, general stuttering, or even stuttering with Self Radio that is pretty weird. I have absolutely 0 issues with the game.
