Someone at R* hates the TLAD fanbase Such a shame. It had the best atmosphere in the IV-V universe. Dark and gritty. Not as depressing as IV and flamboyant as TBOGT. From what I understand every cutscene in V is just pre-rendered animations, and the camera control being taken away from the player. It's all in-game, more than any other GTA title, which is why sometimes people get the odd "bug" where police attack the protagonist during cutscenes. There's no excuse! Rockstar's completely just written off The Lost and Damned and anyone associate with it. I'm surprised they didn't just introduce Angus to kill him off too. Well actually he does have a ped model its when the cutscene is over for mr phillips in the beggining then you see his ped model dead lying on the ground but you can wake him up by placing tear gas not too far from him and igniting it.
