cmdrcarrot Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Have you updated the AMD Catalyst software that runs your video drivers? I had that same issue (also with an AMD card) when it rained in game, and updated that software to the version released most recent (12/20014), and it fixed the issue entirely, plus made the game run a lot smoother.
