Gta V PC can't access to Online

Hi, I have a weird problem with my game, for some reason I can't play online... Singleplayer works fine, but online features are inaccessible. It shows that I'm not signed in, but I am.
Maybe related - in Social Club when I click on Store, shows that I don't have age for accessing (1991, my year in account).
I have no idea what can be wrong... I thought something with firewall, I tried to turn off whole firewall, but didn't help.
Note: this problem showed up after reinstalling the game. At first, Online worked, but I had some issues with windows and I had to reinstall the system.
So account has to be alright.

Ok, problem has been solved. For those who have the same problem, download Winsock fix, that should help.
