Are 30 player lobbies common?

I've only ever owned the X360 and PS3 version of the game, but I hear that online now on next gen and PC that you can get 30 player lobbies in free-roam. I found on the first gen servers that you struggled to get full 16 player free-roam lobbies a lot of the time, so just wondering if getting into a 30 player free-roam lobby isn't that much of a big deal? Especially with Rockstar possibly ironing out the kinks within the game as next gen was rolled out.

Populated lobbies are pretty normal now and it's not a big deal, IMO. The map is HUGE and even 64 players is not enough to overpopulate it.

OP, I usually get 20-26 people in a single session (Xbox One). Very rarely will you get into a game with 30 people, someone always lags out.

I see a lot of 27 player lobbies on PS4. For some odd reason that's the most common number. PC is not as populated at the moment. Mostly seeing 5-20.

Nope, I hardly get more than 18 at a time, but when I do (Rarely), boy, is it chaos.

I can rarely get more than five or six people in my lobbies, let alone thirty.

Never once seen a thirty player lobby. But have been in 25-28 a lot, so that's pretty much just as good.

Never been in a full 30 player server. Highest was 29.

It's a mix of populations for me on PC, but I blame bugs for that

Common I guess not, but if you are lucky you might stumble upon one. On a good day you have fair chances to get into lobbies with 10 to 26 people, still disconnects are very frequent and there's often five players leaving at the same time or just the famous everybody left session issue.

Highly populated sessions are very common in both aim modes, but I get no more than 28.

Every time I join any with 25 players and above you get players leaving in masses reducing the lobby size to less than 20
