Problem with taking screenshot - black screen.

When I take a screenshot and paste it to paint image was black. Anyone know how to fix that? I have latest drivers.

Maybe you have the solution now, but in my case, my screenshots (prnt scr) was black too (with win 8.1 and the retail version of GTA V), then I changed the graphic settings to ensure that GTA V is displayed in "borderless windowed mode".
And now, my screenshots are ok in my image editing softwares.

 

This problem is due to the "border". With Win7 or Vista, it was sufficient to turn off the "Aero" (transparent borders/windows) or to choose the classic theme.
With Windows 8.1, we can't disabled the "aero", then the best is to choose in game the borderless windowed mode when it's possible.

I'm having to run in it windowed border less mode because of an aspect ratio issue bug on Windows 7. In full screen which is 3240 x 1920 my aspect ratio is messed up. When I switch to windowed border less which runs in 3240 x 1920 the issue goes way...
