texture and objects loading slowly sometimes

Sometimes when i'm driving fast some textures and objects (like signs, etc) take a time to load, sometimes more than a few seconds, anyone is experiencing the same issue?

 

I have a fast HDD (not as fast as a SSD but still fast) i made a test on HD Tune software and it has an 135mb/s average read speed. Not bad for HDD, it should be enough to load game scenario without slowing down.

 

My humble pc specs: phenom II x4 3.0Ghz, 8GB of RAM, Radeon HD 6850 1GB and 1TB 7200RPM Western Digital HDD.
