place actors for singleplayer?

as some of you know, you are able to place NPCs to any locations in the content creator for Gta online (capture mode only) but is there any way to place npcs in singleplayer?

 

I had soo much fun with this, pretending to do own story missions with Enemies

but its kind of annoying always to place all the Capture markers and so on.

And if there is not such an option will it be possible to mod it so it will be in singleplayer? i mean the scripts and all are there...

 

i dont get rockstar . why cant wo make costum missions for Singleplayer? imagine the possibilities! why is singleplayer so ignored by R*?

I really hope there will be a mod for the pc that allows this.

 

Or at least allow to remove the invinsibility from the capture creator test option.

 

I would love to create SP or online solo or coop missions. But its more complex than capture missions. U need to tell actors where to go or who to follow or other more complex commands otherwise a sp mission creator would be half assed and R* usually doesnt do half-work. Maybe because creating a sp mission creator demanded a lot of effort to be done right they dismissed it.
