I'm sure not all PC players want to play with a bunch of people using trainer hacks. No point playing death match games when somebody/everybody is invincible for example.

Calm down kid and get a job. Of course pc is better. All the games are made in pc but some games are good to play on console somes are on pc. I have both consoles and pc and I can say you that I enjoy more on consoles imo.

I say master race because, well, it's true, but beyond that I don't really say much. People take sh*t too seriously and if they want to say some things about it then I might just respond in kind. Like how's it feel to be a 30 fps peasant and things like that.

 

Hell, I've had people get pissy with me for saying I was getting the peasant version of destiny (ps3, because, you know, not next gen and no fee for online). Like, how do you make a f*cking joke about yourself and people still act like you're insulting everyone. Pick up some satire or something I guess.

i used to be very active in pc gaming but just like any hobby, pc gaming get expensive.

 

my last built its close to 4years old. have some nice specs for it age, like 4gbs of ddr3 ram with the option to add 4gbs extra. 3.4ghz quadcore processor, 2gbs video card, creative sound card + 5.1(125watts) surround system.

 

my pc was top of the line backthen, now my specs are like minimum requirement for most games haha

 

i had plans of building a new one but im just not into pc gaming anymore.

I gave up on pc gaming when store bought games started requiring steam. xfire became bloatware, blizzard gave us battlenet 2.0 etc.

You act like this is a pandemic. There were trainers on the 7th gen iterations and everyone survived.

People trying to 'ruin the fun' will never stop on any platform. Trying to make this out to be a PC-only issue makes it feel like there's some ill will attached.

at first computers were built for stuff like that but as technology advance, stuff get smaller so theres no need to have a pc for emails and stuff like that when you can do that in a cellphone.

 

thats why pc makers are making computers more powerful to catter to the gamers, that are like their only thing keeping them from going out of business!

PC gamers have a strange obsession with people who play on consoles. I think it's due to the fact that in popular culture console gaming has overtaken PC gaming as the norm medium for gaming in the home. Go ask on a general forum a console gaming question and you'll soon be inundated with 'PC Master Race' and 'Peasant' shouts. Ask a PC question and you'll get nothing from console users. It's definitely a one-way obsession.

 

I used to game on PCs when I was younger but I switched to to consoles about 6 years ago. I like buying a game and knowing that I'm not going to spend the next 4 hours dealing with a missing dll issue. I don't have time for that any more. I want to get back from work, sit on my sofa, press a switch and be gaming on a 50" TV almost immediately.

 

I also like to know that my current setup is going to be the setup that developers will be focussing on for the whole generation. I'm not going to be left behind, not getting the full intended experience unless I spend another $1000 upgrading.

 

Gaming is all about enjoyment. It's not about 60 fps, draw distances, anti-aliasing or anything else. Use whatever system you enjoy most and leave it at that.
