A great white shark card is $20 and gives you 1.25 million in game cash . You would need 800 of these to get a billion in game dollars which works out to $16,000.00. I've never heard of that one. the latest dupe glitch I think it's patched now. You shot an npc car till it caught fire in front of your garage then teleport into the car you want to dupe. you're tricking the game into thinking you drove in an npc car into your garage when in fact it's the duped car. They cheated. There are no legit billionaires in Online. Fortunately, you don't need anywhere near that much money - 20-30 million will get you pretty much everything you'd want with change left over for beer. Even an hour of grinding can earn you an easy $100K (sell a blurple Sentinel, do the dailies, there's $42K right there - 4 contact missions will get you the other $60K). Avoid free roam wars if you want to save money - fighting the cops or other players in protracted street battles is the single biggest money sink in the game - do it exclusively and you'll get broke fast and stay that way. Some players have billions because they did a long process with modding on last gen, then did a recovery/transfer process over to next gen. He's talking about cash cards you can only buy one 8 Million dollar shark card a day Grind survivals. They pay $30,000 a pop plus all the cash you pick up from dead npc's. You can easily build up a million if you only purchase ammo & armor with your winnings.
