GTA V rain texture problems!

everytime it rain i get this.

as you can see the background textures are all blury and so are some iteam nearby, problum happens at day time too.

ive turned all the settings down and played around with them and no luck.

PC specs:

i7-2600

AMD HD6770 1GB GDDR

 

i own this game on steam,

any solotions?

I had the same issue, and also have an AMD graphics card. I updated the AMD Catalyst Control Center software to the 12/2014 release (the most current one) and it fixed all my graphics issues.

thanks! I spent 10 mins reactivating my forum account solely to say thanks, that worked not only for rain but also for a bug in doorways. Once it optimized the GTA settings I was worse but theres an option to revert the settings which made the rain issue stop still.
