G-sync frame pacing, skipping frame issue

I feel when I play, that sometimes frames are skipping.

It feels like the stutter people are talking about,

but isn't it the goal of g-sync to eliminate that.

 

My fps are at about 45-90, depending where I am on the map.

The fps is mostly steady in town at 78 to 90 fps and it is where I see it the most.

 

 

 

Even Watch dogs with bigger fps spike and/or low is a lot smoother and I never reach near 90 fps in WD.

 

 

 

Anyone with g-sync monitor have this issue?

 

 

Quick Specs: 4770k, Titan Black, 32gb ram, game installed on ssd.
