Anyone Buy From Amazon.com?

I just got my copy in and I have two issues.

 

First: Their ad clearly stated:

 

 

 

PRE-ORDER AND GET $1,200,000 IN-GAME
Pre-order and get $1,200,000 in-game ($500,000 for Grand Theft Auto V and $700,000 for Grand Theft Auto Online).

 

 

The game included a pamphlet stating that I will get $1,000,000 Total, $500,000 for offline, $500,000 for online.

 

 

 

Secondly it was stated that the if you buy the Physical (DVD) version from amazon the code would activate on steam, which is not the case.

 

 

I purchased from amazon because you supposedly got more online current... which isn't the case... and that it would supposedly activate on steam.

 

 

Anyone else notice this?
