GTA V PC key binding problem

So... I finally managed to play the game. When i set the key bindings, and the go back to the menu, then back again to the key bindigs, it is not the way i set it up. Its not saving.

 

Does it have something to do with the PC username? I have got a character that is not supported in it. (á)

 

Anyone got a solution for this?
