Is the performance good?

Hello everybody.

I have the following PC:

-Intel Core i7 5930k (stock).

-Corsair H55 Liquid Cooler.

-16 GB DDR4 2400 Mhz Crucial Ballistix RAM.

-MSI X99S SliPlus Motherboard.

-Reference GTX 980 (stock).

-Corsair CX 750M PSU.

-Xigmatek Assassin case.

I've been playing some GTA V, and I am concerned whether the performance is what should be expected of my system.

I am currently running a resolution of 1366*768 (1440p monitor broke down ), and I have the settings that are considered optimal for Geforce Experience app. I only changed the Nvidia shadows for the soft ones.

I get, on the city, constant 60 FPS (vsync on), and when there's vegetation around, it can go as low as 34 FPS, averaging 45 or so FPS. I have seen so many videos on Youtube of people with a worse CPU and the same graphics card that get constant 60 FPS on the benchmark while doing 1080p (I get around 45 on the vinewood one, with dips to 35 FPS). I am wondering if my rig is running ok, can someone help me please?
