SynchronousSnake Posted April 14, 2015 Share Posted April 14, 2015 (edited) I think with the updated vehicle spawns it makes it far more random to get it to spawn there. having all three copies (PS3/Ps4/pc)I can say that it took Me a long time to get one to spawn there on My PS4 copy as compared to the almost assured spawn on ps3. so I'm anticipating the situation to be compounded. further again with the PC version as it seems the vehicle spawns in My save seem even more varied then the ps4 imo. Edit: If you can get another super class car it may help to get it to spawn but other wise could just be bad luck.
