Need help memory Problems

Hi there just got GTA V all installed and everything but when i try to change the graphics in game it says my memory is exceeded and ive noticed its reading my cpu graphics not my GPU graphics please help

This is the Gpu that its not picking up at all when i usually use amd switchable graphics so it picks this 1 up and obviously change to to maximize performance. Thanks
