I'm pretty sure the PS4 version had some basic tessellation on some objects and I can remember some of the rocks in Michael's drive looking pretty three dimensional and the same with the blades of grass on short cut lawns. There were a few other things too but I can't remember off the top of my head. I've got my tessellation setting set to 'Very High' on PC and I noticed after looking in some of the same areas that they are really flat and look much worse than what they did for the PS4 and XBONE version's.
