Cant play GTA V :-(

Hello

I play GTA V for PC over Steam!

I can install the game an i can start it over the rockstar launcher but after the Rockstar intro movies i stuck at this point:

Can someone tell me what is going wrong?
but the circles rotate below

Either

1) Your PC is too slow. Wait.

2) something is wrong, check local cache on steam if you use steam.

3) reinstall

i got the problem

i cut off the power cable of my g19 logitech keyboard and the inputs were recorgnized from the game and now i have access to the main menue xD
