RGSC doesn't update

First, sorry but the error message is in french cause i'm french.

 

The approximately translaion is:

 

"The Rockstar Games services are actually unvaleable. Please try latter or check the notification page dedicated to the maintenance and interruption of GTA online: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/fr/articles/200426246 "

 

I've did'nt see anobody have this problem before, so if anyone have an answer?
