Social Club Manual Download doesnt work

Hello guys , my problem is i dont know how to download Social Club. I have Windows 8.1 and started the Setup of the official site. I installed it but there is no .exe to start social club. There is just the uninstall.exe but i dont know how to open damn Social Club. Pls help!
