Last patch to get the Dubsta 2 you really needed to have another Dubsta 2 with you in able to spawn another one i wouldnt really call it a glitch. I would say you would need to be really lucky in able to get one UNLESS R* some how patched it up so that it can't spawn anymore from Denial of Service mission. I have 2, one without spare wheels and cargo bag and one that has them. Also I have a Dukes, Stallion and Blista Compact. But those require another method. Is there a working dupe method for pc? If so i can help out. Along with the Roosevelt i have the Hearse, Dubsta 2, customized Mariachi Tornado and some other rare ones i think. Also the Stallion hard top is to my knowledge nearly impossible to get. You cant buy one. And trust me i have literally tried buying it a 100 times.
