countercruel
After testing out the game, i get around 40-59fps with most settings on high and view distance sliders maxed out. But with MSAA off. Anyway, i would recommend using the SMAA injectors online with FXAA to make the game less jaggy without having the performance cost of MSAA on. Also an annoyance i have come across... why is the main menu fps capped at 30?, its very annoying. Maxxeine
Conwin
Yeah, MSAA really tanks my frames which is a shame because the game runs pretty well a part from that. Although my frames keep jumping around from 45-58 when driving in certain areas which is annoying.
MatCampbell
Is the game more demanding than gta iv at max settings?

Theres really nothing i hate more than jagged edges, so im currently playing with fxaa+2x msaa. Can I achieve the same with smaa?
The13thRonin
I can't play with anything less than 4xMSAA and FXAA or my eyeballs bleed... Nothing worse than jaggies... Frames be damned.

bean123123
FXAA, only seems to get rid of about 40-40% of the obvious jaggies. I wouldn't even touch MSAA. Screen Tearing to me is like a Good damn Massive Jaggie in the Middle of the screen.
Vicetopia
I've spent so much time trying to get SMAA injected to GTA 5 and nothing works. Gedosato, RadeonPro, every kind of SweetFX/Reshade on the planet, I even tried the generic SMAA Injector that came out several years ago. Everything causes the game to crash on startup. Only a few people have managed to get it to work so far, still can't figure out what's causing it. Edited April 14, 2015 by Vicetopia
