Retail(Physical) copy of GTA 5 on Steam ?

I purchased GTA 5 from my local game store. I have had it on pre-order since the day it was possible, a very long time ago :3. The game came out and I got it asap, came home..installed it via disk because I have such a slow internet connection, 50 gb would take me 5 days of solid download and use over halve my internet cap.

 

The problem I am finding is that I have to use rockstar social club..which I hate, mainly because at the moment I cannot play the game because the social club is stuck on ''Loading...'' Whilst pictures are changing constantly, I am stuck.

 

I want to play it on Steam, like every other game I play. Will this be possible ? If not I am going to repurchase the game so I can play on steam, much better than the social club in every aspect.

Sadly you won't be able to play it on Steam unless you actually purchase it through there in the first place.

 

And about that issue with the Social Club.. I suggest waiting a while until Rockstar fixes it; launch day issues are always expected, if not then go for it dude.

Thanks for the reply, sorry if I seem rude...Ive waited so damn long for this game and watched all the console players get the fun..now I get the game after all that time and $100..Ive got nothing but 60gb less hardrive space to show for it. I will wait till tomorrow, if its not fixed im just gonna have to spend another $100 for the steam copy.
