Basically my steam has been sitting here doing something to GTA 5. Apparently it's like 99.999% done and has been sitting here for hours. Here is a picture of my steam download page.

It's been doing this for about 8 hours now, longer then it took to download the whole thing... I've restarted steam, computer, router etc. If anyone has any idea (Or if it's just unpacking and my hard drive sucks?) then that would be awesome!
