Already googled reviews about the game running on dual cores. You can find that stuff on Steam and other resources. The performance is fine on med. settings. People forget that it also depends on GPU. So far you can run it on i3, 8 gigs of ram and 1 gig of vram (not AMD/Radeon of course) and get decent FPS on med settings.
