Apologies if this isn't the right area, I couldn't find another section or thread that seemed relevant.

 

Anyway, my first montage using PS4's share factory software. Tell me what you think :lol:

I like some of the kills.. But most of them just seem like cheapies.. :blink:

There's no such thing as a cheap kill except for spawn camping, which I didn't do. This also exhibits why the Valkyrie beats the Savage.

 

Also, could anyone explain what in the world happened to the bike in the first frame? I mean, it made a cool scene, but we didn't do that on purpose.

...Cheap kills just means easy kills.

 

And using OP weapons or OP Vehicles to take down non hostile players is simply not Oscar Worthy. Just sayin

Well since you want a review...

 

Video composition - poor. It's simple game play that doesn't seem to have any real purpose to it, what's it trying to do? Make me want to play the game, make me scared of you, make me angry, impress me, what.

 

Song choice and syncing - very poor.

Nothing more needs to be said, aside from picking a song you can't really sync up with, it sounds awful and made me want to exit the video, although the bolded text is just my opinion, you asked for a review.

 

Angles - poor.

As I said earlier, it's just simple game play. Nothing really stands out. There's not a memorable shot in it, it looks clunky and awkward.

 

Grade - B.

It obvious you didn't really try to make an awesome video that will make people share it with friends, it seems like you just made it for fun, which is A - okay.

Well since you want a review...

Well, to be fair that is what a montage is. Just random clips. The title is pretty straight forward, it's just a kill montage. They are not intended to come off as inherently impressive.

 

As far as the music, there's virtually no way to make things line up with certain actions very easily with Sharefactory. I did push it forward a bit so the first explosion with the bike is in sync, but the rest is just kinda there.

 

Clunky and awkward? Really? hmm, I thought at least shooting down the jet with a tank was relatively cool.

 

It was made for fun and to post on other forums that are frequented by a few of the people in the actual video. Having 0 experience with video editing, I think it was a decent attempt.

 

Thanks for the honest opinion, and more importantly do you have any experience with this or suggestions?

This is literally just an average GTA session.

 

But, hey, I liked the part where the game aimed for you, and you shot that guy.
