Gaffa
I get to the "Preparing to Download Grand Theft Auto V" screen, and it goes through installing Direct X and Rockstar Games Social Club all fine. But when it opens the next installer with the game cover shown, I get the following error: Grand Theft Auto V Launcher has stopped working...With the following problem details: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BEX64 Application Name: GTAVLauncher.exe Application Version: 1.0.323.1 Application Timestamp: 5527eec6 Fault Module Name: StackHash_1e37 Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000 Exception Offset: 000000023fc552d3 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Data: 0000000000000008 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 2057 Additional Information 1: 1e37 Additional Information 2: 1e373e69fff075aed81f57003e66ce10 Additional Information 3: 9f0e Additional Information 4: 9f0e095f32a88249d7a2b7eca4e322ea Effing nonsense if you ask me - I can't even install the damn game and yet there are people already having a multitude of issues when playing it. Uh-oh, not looking good. What's the Rockstar support contact number? Edited April 14, 2015 by Gaffa
xXJonoXx
I had this exact same issue until I turned off my anti-virus (I use Webroot).
Gaffa
Didn't work for me I'm afraid, and I've tried all of the other suggestions on the various support tickets. Sigh...

If i were to do that i would be sat staring at a black screen. Still stuck with the bex64 error here aswell with no luck in even getting into the game
