Can't wait to get a new pc soon and mod the pc version. Thats the only reason i would like to go away from last gen. Brand new modded IRL existing cars, new characters ect.

That's the first guy I've seen who also has it. Everyone else online has no f*cking clue what I'm talking about.

 

I figured it had something to do with me transferring while having a duffle bag equipped but why would that mess EVERY character up?

Guess I'll just verify the integrity of the game cache and hope for the best. Outside of this it looks and plays amazing.

That's cause it isn't a glitch in the game, but yet probably a video card or video driver problem.
