Just check your social club account. Mine says I got a lvl 150 on PC so I assume it worked but servers are just crippled atm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have fixed this problem by unlinking my account from social club (account ur transferring from) and then re linked it. I then started GTA online directly from the GTA online application and not Grand Theft Auto V. It should say that you have not transferred your account. Press Enter. I had the same issue(s) with my character transfer last night--was getting "Can't connect to R* servers", "All data already transferred", etc.; then I tried it again after waiting a while, and it was clear sailing into GTA Online...
