i still can't connect to the servers i did ALL possible things and still nothing, stuck at same point for 20h ... awesome

i had a problem with the luncher, that it would not open op for me at all.. tryed alot of things but all i needed to do was DELETE BULLGUARD. It does not help just to turn it off.
