Someone else mentioned it for a reason in one of these threads and I thought the same thing for an entirely different reason (something rockstar said can't remember now) and people said no way. The launcher is unable to deal with connection issues and breaks what's currently downloaded. Also, don't pause/resume, it just f*cks up the files. It's not low>medium>high etc. It's Normal>High>Very High>Ultra, so yeah "technically" they were right when they said a mid range card could do "high" @ 1080p60FPS, but in reality it would be a mix of low/med settings and no AA. Graphics maxed out is.. ehhh. Not much better than PS4. Nowhere near the jump from LG to NG. It's just slightly improved little bits and pieces. The most noticeable improvement is the vehicle density and variety. Unlike on NG where the trailers were BS, the traffic on PC is actually a really large variety with barely any duplicates.
