I can't imagine this being much different than saving xbone/ps4 clips to the cloud and then editing them on your pc. I made this one the day xbone released.

Yes you can change angles and pause/rewind on the PC version from what i've read but i assume that is only in single player. I'd assume the online version will just let you record in a certain camera angle (or in cinematic mode) and edit it after the fact.
