Somebody had one last night in GTA V Online. Where the hell did that come from?

It came from the Heist update, when you complete the " Pacific Standard - Convoy" setup mission, you'll be able to purchase it from the Warstock Cache & Carry for $1,950,000.

 

However, like all other vehicles that released in the Heists update, it's unavailable in Singleplayer.

They changed it's name to the Savage for some reason.

The hunter is a heli cut sometime in the production of GTA V, it closely resembled the Hunter in previous titles and shows up in one tv commercial in GTA V and shows up in warstock advertisements.

The Equivalent that was added into the game is the Savage, which is based on a Russian Hind instead of the Hunter, based on an Apache.
