How can I bypass PS plus to transfer progress?

I was looking at transfering my progress so I could get exclusive content but it looks like I need f*cking playstation plus just to get a plane and a few cars? Is that actually the case because if so I refuse to waste money on some stupid sh*t I'm not even gonna use just to get a bit of exclusive content which should have been included anyways, if not can somebody please explain what I need to do?

I don't think you need to have PS+ to get the content, all that's required is that you've completed the prologue on PS3 and connected that account to a Social Club account. Go on your Social Club account and check your story progress on PS3 to see if it's recorded it.

Also true, didn't think of that before answering. I can confirm, i got the content way earlier than buying the suscription. It's all related to the social club account.
