Zello
What were your favorite moments in V? Mine was the prologue With the snow falling on the ground.... It was a very good start to open up the game with an intense shootout. Usually it takes you a couple of missions before you even touch a gun in past games V just throws you straight into the action. Michael attending his funeral was a very powerful moment. After that though the story kind of fell off for me after the Jewel Store heist then picks back up again at Bury the Hatchet The drive to the cemetery hearing Michaels thoughts and then when the game tells you to go to your grave sent chills down my spine Edited April 13, 2015 by Zello theGTAking101, SmokesWithCigs, The Dedito Gae and 4 others

CarlitoDorito
I think this may get a lot of "when it ended" and "favourite? V? Hahahahaha" maybe a funny gif. Trevor finding brad, mostly because snow and GTA is a weird rarely seen thing, the driving and shootout as well though. The part in The Wrap Up where Trevor snipes the helicopter. A few missions before that he turned into a dick, without the humour, a humourless moany dick. In my mind I said "hooray!" So that's good I think. The subtle big score, they seemed like professionals, or the U.D's security is really sh*t. The happy ending I think only 6 people chose too. Son of Zeus
Bury the Hatchet, hands down. The atmosphere that mission creates, with the snow and the flashback voices is just amazing. Especially when you're driving to the graveyard. One of the most powerful moments in the game, you felt for the characters. Also, the ending was hilarious. "Get the boyfriend!!" Vendetta ™
I'm going to sound like an echo....but "Bury The Hatchet", no contest. Seems to welcome back that good storytelling and atmosphere Rockstar's other titles brought. Also, it's an amazing Max Payne-esque reference. Especially when you're driving to the graveyard. One of the most powerful moments in the game, you felt for the characters. Also, the ending was hilarious. "Get the boyfriend!!" I agree, I also think that was one of the mistakes of the game they way it was set up, because you had to do that mission twice to see both sides, You had to trigger it as Trevor to get the part with him driving to his airfield and then flying out there, or you had to trigger it as Michael to see his side with him driving to the graveyard. Both of those parts are so good and important to the backstory, I felt that no matter how you triggered the mission it should have both parts. Driving to the airfield and flying out as Trevor, then when you pass the mark where it triggers the cutscene it should instead have started the part with Michael in Ludendorf driving to the cemetary, then the custscene should run. Homicidal Hipster
Friends reunited when trevor first arrives in LS, stops his car and gazes upon the city. And says in a very humble tone " so Michael, this is where dead men come back to life. It's been nearly ten years but you keep for another day or so won't you old friend, you motherf*king fu*k, I grieved for you...you weren't even f*cking dead, you were my best friend, we'll guess who's coming to sh*t on your doorstop now you f*ck" love T's voice in that scence, and the anticipation for there inevitable meet. another one would probably be around Exile, especially the cut scence in predator. Mr_Leone
I appreciate Franklin's brief time on Forum Dr. at the start of the game. Often I would smoke a joint, chill, go out, do a few street races, hang out with Lamar, interact with the gangs, and enjoy the switch scenes that I didn't see initially. For example, F and Tanisha have an argument that's decent length at his house. On the other side, Mike could go mourn the loss of his boat, binge drink, strippers, whores, golf, stock market, and unique dialogue when hanging out during that time. SmokesWithCigs
The first time I went to the strip club in free roam was a golden moment for me. Walking into Floyd's apartment and seeing wade covered in turds after the scouting the port mission and hearing flyds cries of sorrowmafter spooning with Trevor " I'm sorry Debra!" " Mr.raspberry jam!" "Make it stop!" Make them go away!" Yeah, yeah I know I'm a sadistic f*ck.
SmokesWithCigs
The first time I saw ppedstrians fighting at a bus Bench near a hospital in Davis on last gen was pretty special it rarely happens. I love waving that gun in mc clips face during the hood safari mission. The first time I came across willy from lovefist inside te qui LA la 's and knocked his gold tooth out.its even better doing it in 1st person plus its good to see a familiar face from vice city. The first time I went to Vespucci beach on a sunny afternoon and saw a crowd density with so many bikinis on last gen. Moving from aunt Denise's house on forum to vinewood and completetimg the jewel store heist gave me that feeling that nothing could stop me. That rush I felt when landing in the hatch of that cargo plane and tearing into Merryweather for the first time during minor turbulence. And finally seeing a humpbacked whale for the first time when stealing the minisub.it was unexpected and I forgot it exist. This game gave me many magic moments as most GTA games I've played usually do. Edited April 14, 2015 by SmokesWithCigs
HaythamKenway
Bury the Hatchet, the opening cutscene to Fame or Shame, Fresh Meat, By the Book, therapy sessions with Dr. Friedlander... truth be told, there are many great, well written, scenes in V. But I suppose this wins for me: And no, not because I hate Trevor or that I'm angry about Johnny K or some such nonsense. It wins because of sharp writing by Houser and co. and fantastic acting by Ned Luke. Michael's final speech might as well be my very favorite speech in the whole series. It perfectly encapsulates the theme and message of V as a whole and brings the game to a gritty, fitting conclusion. Trevor couldn't escape the consequences for his actions and not play against the rules forever. Michael finished what he started 10 years ago, yet still can't face his decisions and is doomed to continue living in excuses and denial. And Franklin? Well, he really does become Michael, bringing the whole game full circle, but without the self-awareness he shows in the B ending. But the speech, the speech is what completely sells the scene for me. Surviving is winning, Franklin. Everything else is bulls-it. Fairy tales, spun by people afraid to look life in the eye. Whatever it takes kid. Survive. Edited April 14, 2015 by HaythamKenway ten-a-penny, Dan00001, RoachKiller_416 and 7 others

Alpha Demigod
There were quite a few good moments, like Bury the Hatchet and The Wrap Up. But for me, the opening will always be what stuck. And I'm not talking about the North Yankton bank robbery. I mean the various shots of the Los Santos beach, with Michael in the office and Franklin and Lamar walking down preparing to steal their car. That catchy hip hop beat, with all the cool shots of Los Santos beach life. It just screams "welcome to Los Santos, welcome to GTAV, welcome to a new adventure" I just can't imagine what it must have been like for people playing the game on Sept 17, 2013. After 5 years since the last GTA. You just feel like you've opened an epic adventure, that a piece of history is now spinning inside your machine. theGTAking101, Big Gta fan, Dan00001 and 1 other
