Is anyone masks disappearing in missions?

My mask keeps vanishing in missions. The same thing happens with my duffel bag so I keep having to go to saved outfits over and over again. Why isn't it saving and sticking? It usually comes back in free roam. Is this happening to you?

There is a way to make it not disappear but it requires you to combine the mask with a hat/headphones/ear defenders.

 

-get a motorcycle set auto show helmet to on put it next to the clothes store door

-save the outfit you want with the mask you want.

-put on a hat

-walk to the bike with the interaction menu highlighting the outfit with the mask

-back out of the accessories but have it highlighted

-get on the bike

-as soon as you put on the helmet get off the bike and select accessories (remember you had the outfit you wanted already there) and pick the outfit while walking into the clothing store straight to the clothing rack

-QUICKLY CLOSE THE INTERACTION MENU AND PRESS RIGHT ON THE DPAD

-if done correctly, your character should take off the helmet and be wearing the head gear with the mask

When I do the glitch can I overwrite my current saved outfit so the glitched hat can stick with outfit?

Yes, just save it in a clothes or ammo store once you get the right combination. If you try saving at your apartment, it may not stick.

It's a glitch, just do the damn thing without a mask...it's not that big of a deal

In Heists, all my custom outfits have the USA logo plastered on from one of the Independence Day update shirts. Extremely annoying. Tried deleting all my outfits and making them again, nothing happened. It works fine in Free Mode, but using Player Saved Outfits for Heists just glitches it out. My suit ties also get removed when joining missions. Not as annoying, but still a glitch that should easily be fixed. I don't use masks, but if i did, i would probably experience the same thing. Next update hopefully patches these.
