Heists, a quick way to teleport yourself out of trouble.

I have an unfinished heist on my planning board from a few weeks ago that i started to help someone get the cop uniform. Anyway, today i thought of something. When you have an active heist on your board, you always have the option to open your phone and click on lester's "continue heist setup". I did that and then backed out of the heist board and sure enough, i was still in my apartment heist planning room.

So basically if you have an active heist on your board, you have an instant teleport to your apartment anytime you need it.

Not everyone is only out to cause trouble. Sometimes you just need to get away from griefers or if you're on a cruise or something in paleto and the group gets ahead of you and you know they are going to the city so rather than trying to catch up, you teleport back to the city so you can meet up again. Think of it like the taxi quick trip option in single player. Sometimes you just want to travel fast without having to drive.

And with the scum that is 90% of the GTA community nowadays, out to start bullsh*t and cause trouble for anyone or anything they even catch in the corner of their eye, they start wars, then teleport out when it gets too hot for them to handle.

Pretty sure the cop uniform's been patched. I don't think we ever actually ended up using the heist to get it anyway since it's easier (and you got the hat too) if you used siege IV from the adversary list.

I haven't tried it while i had a bounty or was wanted. I assume if you're wanted you have to pay the $200 per star fee similar to calling lester to lose stars. not sure about having a bounty. Yeah that would be pretty funny. You steal a random car and get a bounty. someone starts chasing you for it, POOF, you go to your apartment.

I'm glad that players like me exist in GTA online. No passive (it has its uses, if your afk n all but mostly for scrubs n puss!es), kill when I'm attacked or for a Bounty.

Of course, most of you here are between 12/15, with some exceptions (which is why I don't stop by much), so I'll get flamed for calling quite a few of you scrubs/b!itches and puss!es.

Here's a story of an epic scrub I pwnd btw...killed this guy with a 9k bounty, he tried to get revenge - I pwnd him 3x more times. That was vehicle/sticky related. Then he wanted a gun battle. I got into cover with the bullpup rifle. And there's him with the RPG lmao, he got 1 shot - missed - I pilaged his face with bullpup bullets and he went into passive because I violated him. I then sent him a message "Fail Scrub."

you sound like one of the players i would use this to keep away from. Not everyone in GTA:O wants to play deathmatch in free roam. Some of us do other things like cruising around, fixing up cars, off roading, flying planes, just doing random sh*t. If some griefer comes up behind me and tries to kill me for no reason, you better believe i'll use this trick to get away from them just so i don't have to deal with their asshattery.

 

I'm not talking about going around killing people and then running to my apartment when they start chasing me. I'm talking about getting away from a firefight i have no desire to be a part of. or if i get stranded on the map in the middle of nowhere after crashing a plane, or something.
