I think it's actually faster over the in game chat or mic So far I have had 0 problems with it. Agreed, in-game chat/voice is actually quite convenient. I was thinking more about sending messages to contacts/friends to setup matches and games, using Steam's Friends List. A lot of my Contacts on Steam aren't going to spend the time on Social Club by adding friends, and then there's the people you meet who bought the Non-Steam version. The Social Club overlay could use a bit more polish, but it's not too bad either. Fireman Posted April 18, 2015 Share Posted April 18, 2015 (edited) GTA Online is such a f*cking giant mess, recently I've even been unable to enjoy it, official Rockstar missions with a terrible map layout so you don't know where to go, server-wide voice chat, getting stuck in laoding screen 7/10 times, which can only be fixed by pressing Alt+F4 and then Esc, connecting to people already on jobs, people pausing while getting shot so you can't hit them, three minute loading screens, idle kicks I liked it at first, but now it's getting really frustrating. EnterTheCookie Posted April 25, 2015 Share Posted April 25, 2015 been trying to do the loyalty challenge where you need to do all 5 heists with the same 4 people from the same crew and have been screwed over twice now.. we are two solid players that manage to find 2 players but 1 always decides to leave right after finishing the 3rd heist... really trying to find 2 solid people to get this challenge done. this could net 2.5m to 3.0m total... 1mil for doing the heists in order another million for doing it with the crew and all the cash from setups/heists.. not sure why people decide to just throw away so many hours of work... but please be serious and committed. be able to play for 5-8 hours, the heists really aren't that hard... also please have teamspeak. hit me up on steam if interested, AlmostBlazed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm serious player, I'm not a quiter, I have fast cars (Zentorno, Turismo R), no stealth vehicles though... I'v all the weapons in my inventory aswell. "PFCookie" is one member that needs to be removed from the crew in that regard--intentionally sought me out and killed me twice. If he does it again, I'll take a screenshot and/or try to record it (got Fraps working the other day). I get that GTAO is nothing short of a glorified deathmatch, and it's difficult sometimes to avoid shooting someone if you're in the heat of battle or not paying attention to your radar. This happened to me a day or so ago; I started shooting at a guy who suddenly appeared near me, only to realize (after quick glancing at my radar) that he was a crew member. I immediately stopped shooting, and don't believe I killed him. My apologies to whomever that was (didn't catch a name as he disappeared after being shot at). LOL I tried to give some guy in the crew my hydra to play with and he shot at me with a machine gun. After I got out and went passive I messaged him saying "why are you attacking me? We in the same crew I brought you this hydra" The Hydra was already smoking black out the engine so when they jumped in and tried to take off it blew up. I just laughed it off. EDIT: You can change in the options to show crew tag with user name in game, so when you see the player names above them you'll see the crew tags next to it. This will help with any friendly fire.
