It's probably because videos uploaded on YT lose some of it's quality and website has problems processing 60fps so you might lose some frames (or not if you have most recent Intel i7 processor). They wanted to show even the tiniest details with that trailer and without any drops so they put it on their video player. But indeed it's weird that they try to remove it from user channels.
